The Kaigaishii Karate Association was founded in 2012 by brothers Sensei John and Sensei Peter.
Kaigaishii means brave and honourable, something that we teach all our students to be. Over the years the Kaigaishii family has grown and now has four full time instructors who teach across eleven areas in the South East. Karate is an increasingly popular sport and is a great way for children to learn how to defend themselves as well as learning and improving on the skills shown opposite. We all teach the same syllabus under the style of Wado-Ryu and split our classes based on belt ability. We strongly emphasise that karate is for self-defence only and are advocates for anti-bullying and healthy lifestyles.
